FAQs

When you request a mediation with one of our experts, our staff will promptly contact you to confirm the appointment date and time. Leading up to the mediation, our staff works to ensure you are comfortable and prepared, helping you find hotels, parking, and restaurants convenient to our downtown Macon location.

During the mediation process, our experts lead negotiations between the parties and encourage honest and open communication to reach a fair solution to the dispute. The mediator will not offer any legal, financial, or therapeutic advice to anyone involved in the process. Any information gathered during the mediation process is confidential.

Payment can be made once the mediation is concluded. If not, the mediator will submit a written invoice for services to the clients’ counsel, and the invoice will be due upon receipt. You can read our full guidelines and process here.

You can request to schedule your mediation online with your preferred mediator. A member of our staff will then contact you to confirm the mediator’s availability and guide you through the next steps of the mediation process. You can also call 478-338-9142 to schedule a mediation.

We have a large panel of expert mediators trained to handle your case. If your preferred mediator is not available on the date you require, the mediator you requested can refer you to another member of our panel. You can learn more about our panel of mediators here.
