Thomas F. Richardson earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1971 and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1975. Mr. Richardson has significant mediation experience, having received certification through the Harvard Program on Negotiation.

Hourly Rates:

• $200.00 per hour per party for two parties
• $150.00 per hour per party for three parties
• $125.00 per hour per party for four or more parties
